Burn Of 2011 Fat With A Sugar Detox

Every once in a while even the best of personal trainers have a few pounds creep up and have to push a bit harder to see results. Unfortunately like a lot of women I was given the body where I feel as if just looking at cookies will make a few extra pounds creep on. Because I never miss workouts I could tell my body was in need of a workout break, so as part of my workout plan, I took two full weeks off to allow my body to catch up and rest completely… something I could tell it needed.
That didn’t help the fact that come 2012 and suddenly I have found five extra pounds on my body.
What does help about being a trainer is that I understand that sometimes you’ll have things in life that happens and your body will fluctuate, no biggie, just get back up and work a bit harder.
For me, it’s not as easy as just eating cleaner, because I do eat healthy already… I have to take a few extra steps which is why I am doing a sugar detox and changing up my workout a bit. That means no added sugar for the next 2-3 weeks. By added sugar it really is added sweetener… nothing with honey, artificial sweeteners, or even agave nectar is allowed to find its way into my diet.Right now it’s easy and it helps because I have a friend that I am doing this too, so we help keep each other accountable which makes it so much easier from start to finish!
The point is that if your’e a sugar craving freak, like me, this helps to decrease the cravings so I won’t be thinking about a cupcake during training or a cookie after dinner, plus I will be able to drop the pounds with ease.
Everyone is different so it might not just take two weeks of solid nutrition to help you get the results you want, but in two weeks you can start seeing and feeling a difference in your body.

You too can drop weight easily especially if you have support, and that you can find at The Art of Weight Lifting. Taylor Ryan is a certified personal trainer specialized in women’s fitness and nutrition plans.
